Night Sport Fishing Permit or  Beach Vehicle Permit is valid: From April 1 to December 31

for after sunset parking for the purpose of night fishing only at field # 2,

and  field # 4 from September 15 to Dec 31.

(Democrat Point is accessible with 4WD fishing permit)
