The Magnolia Pier - herring fishing in winter

The Magnolia Pier is located on the north end of Magnolia Blvd. in Long Beach, NY.

The Pier is closed from 11pm to 5am, you can only fish with one fishing pole.

Good size public (free) parking is sited next to the pier.

The pier is on waters of the Reynolds Channel.

Herring rig example: six shrimp-hooks (shown only one) every 6" with 1 oz. sinker.
