* Our custom Truck Bodies are built
from structural steel channels for extra tough
and rugged service. The size range from 8’ to 24’ and 96” width.
* Structural steel channels long sill range from 5”, 6.7# to 8”, 11.5#.
* Cross Members are of structural channels range from 3”, 4.1# to 4”, 5.4# on
12” centers.
* Outer Rails are structure steel channels range from 5”, 6.7# to 7”, 9.8#.
* Each body comes with stake pockets which will accept a 2” x 4” stakes.
* Bulkheads are made of 3”, 4.1# or 4”, 5.4# with structure steel channel
uprights
and reinforced to the body with gussets for extra strength.
* Standard Bulkhead is plated with 11 ga smooth steel and it has a 10” x 30”
window
cover with expended metal screen.
* All Bodies comes with variety of floors: smooth steel from 11 ga to 3/8”
thick,
diamond plate 11 ga to 3/8” thick, wood - CCA pine, optional: oak or apitong
and steel over wood.
* Lights on all bodies are D.O.T. approved.
* Every body can be modified to specific needs that included: solid sides,
removable sides,
contractors sides, 2-way tailgates, barn doors, etc.
* Optional: an each body we can install a hydraulic hoist, liftgate or other
equipment.
